The EPLO provides a broad range of technical cooperation services in the area of Governance and Public Administration, including:
- Assist national authorities in designing and implementing National Strategies and Action Plans for Public Administration Reform
- Design and implement capacity-building programs for Government Leaders and Public Officials
- Support authorities in modernizing and re-organizing (business re-engineering) public institutions
- Assist government organizations in implementing simplification of administrative procedures (e.g. administrative licenses, company registration)
- Support government institutions in advancing Digital Transformation of public services
- Promote the adoption of better regulation principles and practices
- Anti-corruption strategies and promotion of ethical governance
- Support for decentralization, citizen participation, and inclusive policy-making
We work with national governments, EU institutions, and international partners to strengthen administrative capacity, align governance practices with European standards, and foster trust between citizens and the state.
Our projects have supported reform efforts in countries such as Jordan, Albania, and Romania, and have contributed to the development of performance-based management, digital governance, and institutional accountability.
