- Assisting authorities in developing National Strategies and Action Plans for the Justice System
- Developing Guidelines and Manuals for Judges and Prosecutors, and other competent institutions, to support the efficient Administration of Justice
- Designing and executing specialized capacity building and training programs for Judges, Public Prosecutors, Ministry of Justice Officials, Law Enforcement Officers
- Strengthening inter-institutional cooperation, building IT systems for exchange of information among Justice System authorities and developing judicial statistical models
- Modernizing the Administration of Justice systems though E-Justice and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
We support national authorities in modernizing their legal systems, aligning legislation with the EU acquis, and enhancing the effectiveness of courts and justice sector institutions. Our work also contributes to the prevention and resolution of conflict, the protection of fundamental rights, and the promotion of legal certainty in transitional and post-conflict contexts.
Through our projects, we aim to ensure that justice is not only done—but seen to be done, in every corner of society.
