OVERALL OBJECTIVE
The objective of the project is to provide high-level recommendations on administrative simplification methodologies and practices—particularly those based on risk-management approaches—to support Peru in improving public service delivery. These recommendations will contribute to simplifying the process of starting a business and to defining the foundations for a future digital one-stop shop for investments, serving as a basis for upcoming strategic reforms.
Within this framework, the EPLO Institute for Regulatory Innovation, Delivery, and Effectiveness (IRIDE) will review existing regulations, analyze regulatory delivery practices and develop examples and recommendations based on international simplification methodologies and risk-management approaches.
The deliverables will serve as foundational input for shaping strategic reforms and designing a future digital one-stop shop that can enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility for businesses in Peru.
