Project Objective
The overall objective of the Project is to contribute to the Modernization Vision of the Government of Jordan, and in particular to the achievement of the objectives of the Public Sector Modernization Roadmap.
The specific objective of the Project is to support the Institute of Public Administration of Jordan (IPA), which is the institution responsible for the design and implementation of the training policy for the Public Administration in Jordan. In this framework, the Institute is responsible for achieving the objectives and implementing the measures foreseen by the Public Sector Modernization Roadmap for the Human Resources component of the Public Sector. The Project will contribute to the institutional strengthening of the IPA through provision of technical support and capacity building interventions to enable it to fulfill its mandate.
Activities
The main outputs and activities of the Project will be the following:
Output 1: IPA is strengthened as a training institution operating in a more efficient manner

- 1.2: Support the development of affiliations and partnerships
- 1.3: Development of E-learning platform
- 1.4: Development and delivery of Leadership Programs under the Leadership Center
- 1.5: Support the development of the IPA's Innovation Pillar
Output 2: The IPA training tools, materials and trainers are improved to deliver better quality of training and capacity building
