The Academy for Transparency & Human Rights of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) organized the training program on the Political, Administrative and Judicial System of Greece for a delegation of Judges from the Supreme Administrative Court of Thailand, for the fifth consecutive year.
The program was conducted from the 17th to the 21st of September 2018 in Sounion, Greece and included lectures on the historical and constitutional overview of the Greek state, the Greek Judicial system ,the Judicial control of administrative action and a study visit at the Council of State along with a day trip in Epidavros and Nafplion, sites of historic significance.
Judges M. Eirinaki and M. Gkana, and Prof. G. Gerapetritis, Prof. V. Hatzopoulos, Prof. St. I. G. Koutnatzis, Prof. Dr. Ch. Tsiliotis and Dr. V. Tzemos participated as lecturers in the program.
