The EPLO Institute for Global Health Emergencies Response (IGHER), together with Osservatorio Parigi Hubzine Italia, will host a high‑level event in Rome on Integral Ecology and Multilateralism, bringing together policymakers, academics, international organizations, youth representatives and civil society actors for an in‑depth dialogue on the future of global governance.
Held at the historic Complesso di San Francesco a Ripa,the programme will examine the intersections between One Health, Planetary Health, climate governance, biodiversity conservation, peacebuilding, sustainable development and social justice, while highlighting the growing importance of Indigenous knowledge systems, transdisciplinary science and participatory governance models. Through keynote interventions and roundtable discussions, participants will reflect on pathways toward a renewed multilateralism capable of promoting ecological integrity, human dignity and global solidarity.
This initiative contributes to ongoing international processes, including the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Agreement, and the Kunming–Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, as well as preparations for future environmental and health policy negotiations.
