The EPLO participated in the international seminar: "EU Financial Interests under Threat: New Approaches in Assessing the Risks from Public Procurement and EU Funds Fraud" that took place in Sofia on 31 October and 1 November. The seminar, which was organized by the Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD) with the support of The European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), provided a discussion platform for representatives of national fraud and public procurement authorities, research institutions, international organizations and the private sector from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Nikolas Kanellopoulos, Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights and Mr. Vassilis Androulakis, Council of State, represented Greece.
The EPLO was represented by the Director of the EPLO Academy of Transparency & Human Rights for Good Governance, and Ms. Vassiliki Lykoura, Deputy Director – Chief of the Executive Office of the Director of the EPLO.
