Inauguration of the Brcko National School of Public Administration (BNSPA)

The Brcko National School of Public Administration (BNSPA), situated in the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was inaugurated on the 3rd of June by the EPLO Director, Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, the Brcko Supervisor and PDHR, Dr. Raffi Gregorian, the Brcko Mayor, Dr. Dragan Pajic, and the Brcko Assembly President, Mr. Mirsad Djapo. 

The Ambassador of Greece to BiH, Mr. Procopius Mantzouranis, as well as representatives of the city of Banja Luka, the Brcko School of Economics, the Brcko Final Award Office (formerly known as OHR North) and all the Brcko District institutions attended the inauguration ceremony.

The BNSPA will be a graduate training school for civil servants, elected members of the local authorities and judges of the administrative justice interested in obtaining a Master’s Diploma in national, comparative and European administrative law and administrative science, and for those who wish to attend short-term training seminars in order to develop their skills in a specialized public administrative area. 

The creation and operation of the BNSPA was co-funded by Hellenic Aid, Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Brcko District, while the Embassy of the Italian Republic in BiH contributed the furniture.
