Professor Daria de Pretis, Rector of the University of Trento, Italy, was recently appointed Judge at the Italian Constitutional Court by the President of the Italian Republic.
Judge de Prettis is Professor of Administrative Law and in the last twenty years and has taught Administrative Law, Administrative Justice, Comparative Administrative Law, EU Law and Law and Gender. She is also author of several publications on the main areas of her research: Administrative Law, European Law, Judicial Review of Administrative Action, Town-Planning Law and Gender Studies.
