The European Public Law Organization (EPLO) marked an important institutional milestone with the convening of the first plenary meeting of its newly established Administrative Court. Bringing together distinguished legal experts from leading international organizations, the meeting laid the foundations for the Court's future work and its role within the EPLO's internal justice system.
The Administrative Court has been established as an independent body entrusted with the adjudication of employment-related disputes and grievances arising within the Organization, reinforcing EPLO's commitment to sound governance, accountability, transparency, and the rule of law.
The Administrative Court is composed of eminent legal professionals with extensive experience in the legal services of international organizations; the judges perform their duties within the EPLO in an independent capacity and independently of the professional affiliations listed below.

The first plenary meeting provided an opportunity for the Court's members to exchange views, establish priorities, and begin shaping the procedures and practices that will guide the Court's work. Their collective expertise and experience within the international public sector will contribute significantly to the development of a robust and effective dispute-resolution mechanism for the Organization.
Through the establishment of the Administrative Court, EPLO continues to strengthen its institutional framework and uphold the principles of good administration, fairness, and justice that underpin its mission and activities.
