A Tribute Speech to Louis Ortega in Toledo

Prof. Sp. Flogaitis and Prof.Marco d' Alberti, both gave speech at the commemorative ceremony that took place in Toledo, Spain on June 2nd, 2015 as a tribute to the late Professor Luis Ortega Álvarez who had been an active Judge at the Spanish Constitutional Court since 2011 as well as a Professor of Administrative Law in many Universities during his distinguished career.
