EPLO Director, Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, inaugurated the Odessa Lecture Series on European Public Law giving the first lecture of the series entitled: “Formation and Evolution of the Greek Public Law in the frame of European Legal Culture” at the Odessa National Academy of Law (ONLA), Ukraine, the institution that hosts the EPLO Regional Branch in Odessa.
The Odessa Lecture Series on European Public Law, a program aimed at advancing the knowledge of the ONLA students in the field of European Public Law, is the second lecture series of this kind following the Bucharest Lecture Series on European Public Law and involves the organization of monthly lectures on various topics of the legal field delivered by professors, members of the EGPL, the Scientific Council of the EPLO.
