In the framework of the Lecture Series on European Public Law in Odessa, Ukraine, Prof. Jorge Bacelar Gouveia, New University of Lisbon, Portugal, gave a lecture on the topic “Comparing the Portuguese constitutional system with the Ukrainian constitutional system”.
The Odessa Lecture Series on European Public Law, a program aimed at advancing the knowledge of the ONLA students in the field of European Public Law, is the second lecture series of this kind following the Bucharest Lecture Series on European Public Law and involves the organization of monthly lectures on various topics of the legal field delivered by professors, members of the EGPL, the Scientific Council of the EPLO.
