Memorandum of Understanding between EPLO and the Hellenic Copyright Organization (OPI)

The European Public Law Organization (EPLO) and the Hellenic Copyright Organization (OPI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cooperation in the fields of public law, governance, and intellectual property. The agreement reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to advancing legal knowledge, supporting capacity building, and promoting best practices at national, European, and international levels.

Through this partnership, EPLO and OPI will collaborate on joint educational and research initiatives, co‑organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and awareness‑raising events, and support the exchange of expertise and information on matters of mutual interest. The cooperation also includes joint academic activities such as Summer Schools on intellectual property law, participation in relevant programmes and networks, and facilitated access to academic resources.

This collaboration is expected to enhance interdisciplinary dialogue, strengthen institutional capacities, and contribute to the advancement of legal education and professional training in intellectual property law, ultimately supporting creativity, culture, and the rule of law.
