The EPLO Director Professor Spyridon Flogaitis attended and participated as a speaker at the Estoril Conferences 2019 that took place on 27-29 May, 2019 themed "Empowering Humanity: from Local to Global Justice" at the Nova School of Business and Economics in Carcavelos, Lisbon, Portugal.
This important conference was attended by important personalities of academic and political life, such as the President of the Republic of Portugal, the President of Bolivia, ministers and numerous academics, activists, intellectuals, Nobel Prize winners, entrepreneurs and recognized artists.
