The History of Law was the subject of the conference organized by the Hellenic History of Law Society and the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) on Monday, October 3, 2016 at the premise of the EPLO in Plaka, Athens.
At her welcome speech Professor Kelly Bourdara, President of the Hellenic History of Law Society noted the importance of knowledge of the history of Law for every judge, lawyer and professor of legal science. The speakers analyzed the history of ancient Greek, Byzantine and pro-Byzantine Law mainly through the Greek bibliography.
