PROJECT TITLE: Study to Compile Factsheets on Rights of Victims
COUNTRIES: EU Member States
OVERALL OBJECTIVE: To deliver a study on victims' rights in the EU. The purpose of the study was to draw up national factsheets listing in an exhaustive way the rights available to victims in the framework of criminal proceedings, for each of the Member States.
ACTIVITIES:
Project activities were the following:
- Research;
- Mobilization and coordination of expertise;
- Delivery of studies and annual reports;
- Communication with relevant public authorities to verify data;
- Translation of the study.
