PROJECT TITLE: Ministry of Justice Pending Cases

OVERALL OBJECTIVE: The overall objective of the project was to prepare and deliver a study on the legal cases pending before the Greek courts (with the exception of tax cases). In particular, the aim was to statistically study the cases pending before the Greek courts and then propose the way that their number would drop by 50% within one (1) year.
ACTIVITIES:
The EPLO conducted a statistical study on the legal cases pending before the Greek Courts including civil, penal and administrative Courts, withthe exception of tax cases, and provided recommendations for their reduction by 50% within one year.
