PROJECT TITLE: Legal Counseling to the South Aegean Region
COUNTRIES: Greece
OVERALL OBJECTIVE: To support the South Aegean Region during the drafting of calls for the implementation of public works, during the course of the actual bid, at the drafting and signing of the contracts for the implementation of the public works, as well as during the actual implementation of the contracts each time signed by one of the abovementioned Region under the Third Community Support Framework – South Aegean Regional Operational Programme 2000-2006.
ACTIVITIES:
Project activities included:
- Provision of legal advisory and control of the contents of tenders and contracts for public works, services and supplies;
- Provision of legal representation of the South Aegean Region;
- Provision of consultancy for specific legal enquiries received by the Region related to the tendering processes;
- Drafting of detailed legal reports to serve the needs of the Region.
