The Academy of Transparency & Human Rights of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) undertook for the second time the Training Program on Political, Administrative and Judicial System of Greece for a delegation of Judges from the Supreme Administrative court of Thailand.
The program, was conducted from the 20th to the 27th of September 2015 in Sounion, Greece. Prof. G. Gerapetritis, Prof. Ch. Gortsos, Prof. St. I. G. Koutnatzis, Prof. Dr.Ch.Tsiliotis, Dr. Ch. Chalanouli, Dr. Vassileios Magklaras, Mr. P. Alexopoulos, Mr. P. Danias participated as lecturers in the program.
It was conducted in four days of courses that included a historical & constitutional overview of the Modern Greek state, an overview of the Greek Judicial system, a course on Judicial control of administrative action and the Audit Authorities: It included, besides the courses, two study visits at the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority and at the Council of State along with a day trip in Epidavros and Nafplion, sites of historic significance.
