The Training Program on Political, Administrative and Judicial System of Greece for a delegation of Judges from the Supreme Administrative Court of Thailand was conducted by the Academy for Transparency & Human Rights of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) for a third consecutive year.
The program, was conducted from the 19th to the 23rd of September 2016 in the EPLO premises in Sounion, Greece.Judges O. Zygoura and P. Danias, and Prof. G. Gerapetritis, Prof. V. Hatzopoulos, Prof. St. I. G. Koutnatzis, Prof. Dr. Ch. Tsiliotis, Dr. V. Tzemos participated in the program as lecturers.
The progam ran for four days with courses that included a historical & constitutional overview of the Modern Greek state, an overview of the Greek Judicial system and a course on Judicial control of administrative action.It also included a study visit at the Council of State along with a day trip in Epidavros and Nafplion, places of great historic significance.
