EPLO Premises in Sounion

Nestled by the bay of Cape Sounion, overlooking the Aegean Sea, the EPLO’s Sounion Campus offers students and visitors a serene collegiate setting amidst one of Greece’s most breathtaking landscapes.

Located just one hour from Athens by car, the campus combines academic excellence with cultural depth, situated only 4 km from the ancient Temple of Poseidon.

Sounion is steeped in myth and history. According to legend, it was from these cliffs that King Aegeus leapt to his death, giving his name to the Aegean Sea. The nearby ruins of the Temple of Poseidon, built in 444 BC, remain a powerful symbol of Greece’s classical heritage.
