On June 19, 2025, the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) signed an Amendment Protocol with the Italian Republic establishing EPLO Offices in Venice, further to the Headquarters Agreement signed in June 2021.
The Protocol was signed by Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, EPLO Director, and Mr. Alessandro Giuli, Minister of Culture of Italy. In Venice, the EPLO will be hosted at the Compendio di San Salvador.
This expansion reflects EPLO’s deepening institutional cooperation with Italy and its commitment to promoting public law, cultural dialogue, and European values across key historical and academic settings.
