Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Republic of Cabo Verde, represented by H.E. Ms. Joana Gomes Rosa Amado, Minister of Justice, and Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, EPLO Director, the EPLO foresees Cabo Verde’s accession as an EPLO Member State and the future establishment of a Regional Branch in the country.
This development opens the door to impactful initiatives in the fields of Rule of Law, legal reform, and educational advancement, while offering EPLO a strategic opportunity to expand its presence in West Africa, foster regional cooperation, and promote institutional excellence.
