The Institute for Transparency and Fundamental Rights of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) is organizing a scientific event titled “A ‘living,’ ‘dynamic,’ or ‘expanded’ Constitution? Contemporary trends in the evolutionary interpretation of the Constitution in three recent examples: private universities, same-sex marriage, exclusion of parties from elections.”
The event will take place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 17:00 Athens time in the Event Hall of the EPLO Plaka Premises. (Dioskouron & Poikilis Square, opposite of the entrance to the Roman Agora).
