The EPLO, in collaboration with the Shahid Beheshti Univeristy in Tehran, organized a seminar on “The Process of the Extradition of Administrative Decisions”, within the framework of the Project “ALEXANDROS - Legal and Judicial Reform in Iran”.
The speakers in this event included representatives from Italy, Greece, Portugal, and France.
The audience consisted mainly of a large number of law students and jurists. The following issues were discussed during the seminar:
- Administrative Justice in Portugal - The recent reform
- Judicial control in the EU
- Public administration before national court - Access to administrative justice in Europe
Ms. R. Oudjani, Head of the Scientific/ Educational Unit of the EPLO, and Ms. A. Koutsoliakou, EPLO Associate Researcher/ Project Manager represented the EPLO in the aforementioned seminar.
