The European Public Law Organization (EPLO) and Grigol Robakidze University (GRUNI) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on March 26, 2026, marking a significant milestone in the development of international academic collaboration.
The Memorandum sets out a comprehensive framework of practical actions designed to provide GRUNI’s current and prospective students with access to the wide range of opportunities offered through the EPLO’s scientific and academic network, including its higher education institution, the European Law & Governance School (ELGS).
A key component of the agreement is the establishment of an ELGS campus at GRUNI. The campus will function as a hub for the delivery of ELGS undergraduate and postgraduate programs, while also offering a variety of EPLO-certified courses and specialized academic initiatives.
The cooperation further enables GRUNI students to participate in educational and research activities across the EPLO network, including summer schools, academic exchanges, and research missions hosted at ELGS campuses in various countries.
In addition, the Memorandum envisages the participation of GRUNI in the EPLO Board of Directors, reinforcing institutional ties and contributing to the strategic development of the Organization.
This partnership reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to fostering academic excellence, promoting international mobility, and advancing the study and practice of public law in a global context.
