The EPLO, in collaboration with the University of Concepcion - Chile, organized a final conference, within the framework of the Project “ALFA DIKIA II - The Role of the Judiciary in a State Governed by the Rule of Law”.
The speakers in this event included representatives from the following academic Institutions of the network: Queen’s University of Belfast, the University of Barcelona, the University of Externado, Colombia, the University of Athens and the University of Concepcion, Chile.
The audience consisted mainly of the people who took part in the project, namely, academics, students and professors.
The following issues were discussed during the conference:
• Judicial Review and the Economic Policies
• National Courts and the International Rule of Law
• Gender Violence and the Reunion of Tax Administrative Acts among others.
The final conference also served as an occasion to present the outcomes of the project and bring the project to a close.
