The EPLO, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan organized the third and last seminar on “Enforcement of court decisions: European standards and Best Practice” within the framework of the Project “COLCHIS - Training of Jurists on the Rule of Law and Support of the Necessary Legal Reforms in Azerbaijan”.
The speakers in this event included Mr. P. Danias from the Hellenic Administrative Court of First Instance and Mr. P. Flessas from the Athens Bar Association.
The audience consisted mainly of lawyers, candidates for the Azeri School of Judges, administrative personnel of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and representatives from the legal world of Baku and the surrounding area.
The following issues were discussed during the seminar:
- The development of the European Union and its legal mechanism in terms of the enforcement of judgments
- The enforcement of judicial decisions against the Public Administration in Greece.
