Administrative Officers/Administrative Assistants for Εducational Activities

The European Public Law Organization (EPLO) is currently seeking full-time Administrative Officers / Administrative Assistants for Educational Activities for its Campus in Legrena, Attica.

Core Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform all administrative tasks related to educational activities.
• Support the Organization in the implementation of educational activities and affairs, including Summer Schools, trainings, workshops, conferences, meetings, study visits, and other events.
• Provide administrative support to the European Law and Governance School (ELGS), including assistance with the daily operation of classes and regular liaison with students, Resident Faculty, Professors, relevant Academies and Institutes, external collaborators and experts, funding agencies, and institutions.
• Support the Director for Educational Activities and the Director General for Education in the administrative management of the Organization’s educational activities.
• Conduct research and desk reviews, and liaise with external experts to draft, co-develop, review, and finalize research and policy outputs related to educational activities.
• Organize, maintain, and manage all relevant documents and records.
• Draft minutes of official meetings, agendas, event documentation, and other relevant project materials.
• Support the Director for Educational Activities and the Director General for Education in daily communication activities.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (including letters, emails, and packages) and arrange travel and accommodation.
• Operate copying and printing equipment.
• Upload class schedules to the student platform and update all relevant data.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A University degree from an accredited academic institution in any field, preferably in Law, Political Science, Social Sciences, Economics, Educational Management, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline.
• A Master’s degree in any of the above fields will be considered an asset.
• At least two (2) years of relevant professional experience as an Administrative Officer. For the Administrative Assistant positions, previous experience will be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages will be appreciated.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience working with digital platforms and data management tools.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse and multicultural team.

The Administrative Officers/Administrative Assistants for Educational Activities will be staff members of EPLO (www.eplo.int) and therefore international civil servants.
