ΤΙΤΛΟΣ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΟΣ: Ενίσχυση της επιβολής δικαιωμάτων Πνευματικής Ιδιοκτησίας στη Δημοκρατία της Αρμενίας

ΣΤΟΧΟΣ: Το Πρόγραμμα έχει ως βασικό στόχο να υποστηρίξει την ανάπτυξη ικανοτήτων για την επιβολή των δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας στη Δημοκρατία της Αρμενίας. Ο σκοπός του προγράμματος είναι να εισαγάγει μέτρα για την ενίσχυση της συνολικής ικανότητας επιβολής των πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων από τους βασικούς παράγοντες και τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη: Αρμενική κοινωνία, δημόσιους και ιδιωτικούς φορείς και το κοινό για την καλύτερη κατανόηση και μεγαλύτερη συμμετοχή στην προστασία της πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας δικαιωμάτων, σύμφωνα με τις αναπτυξιακές κατευθύνσεις της ΕΕ, στο πλαίσιο της εκτέλεσης της στρατηγικής για την πολιτική και τη μεταρρύθμιση.
ACTIVITIES:
The project introduced measures for strengthening the overall Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) enforcement capacity of the Armenian society – public institutions, private entities and the public at large – for better understanding of and stronger involvement in the protection of intellectual property rights in line with the EU development directions and as part of executing the policy and reform strategy of Armenia in relation to IPR enforcement. It involved three thematic components including the strengthening of the IPR enforcement infrastructure in Armenia, the strengthening of IPR enforcement capacity of main stakeholders and the raising of awareness on IPR enforcement.
Activities included: institutional capacity building; an analysis of the existing legal framework and comparative analysis with EU standards and best practices; the identification of issues which require legal amendment; staff training; mobilization and coordination of short term experts; organization of study visits; focused and tailor-made information campaign to raise awareness about the topic.

LEADER: Ο ΕυρΟΔΔ υλοποιεί το Πρόγραμμα σε συνεργασία με τη Δανική Υπηρεσία Διπλωμάτων Ευρεσιτεχνίας και Εμπορικών Σημάτων (DKPTO), που υπάγεται στο Υπουργείο Ανάπτυξης Επιχειρήσεων της Δανίας.
