Inauguration of a new EPLO Branch in Odessa, Ukraine

Established by an agreement between the EPLO and the Odessa National Law Academy (ONLA) – viewed today as the top legal educational institution in Ukraine – with the purpose of promoting academic and research activities, as well as achieving theoretical and applied results through the joint activity of the EPLO and the ONLA, the EPLO Branch in Odessa, Ukraine, referred to from now on as EPLO in ODESSA, was inaugurated on 26 March 2009. The ceremony of the inauguration took place at the ONLA in the presence of academia, students, members of the civil society and the media where the EPLO Director Professor Spyridon Flogaitis and the ONLA President Sergey V. Kivalov signed the agreement on the establishment of the branch.
