EPLO Director, Prof. Spyridon Flogaitis, visited Minsk for the purpose of discussing with government officials the prospect of the Republic of Belarus joining the EPLO as a new member state.
Specifically, the Director met with the Minister of Justice, Mr. Viktor Golovanov in order to discuss all aspects involving Belarus’ potential membership in the EPLO, including the obligations that Belarus would have to assume towards the EPLO. The Director also held meetings at the National Centre for Legislation and Legal Research and the Constitutional Court of Belarus.
The visit was supported by D1 Directorate for the UN & International Organizations and Conferences of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Greece to the Russian Federation.
