The EPLO, in collaboration with the State University of Moldova, organized the third and last seminar on “The international framework for the protection and the promotion of women and children’s rights”, within the framework of the Project “YPSILANTIS II - Support of the Necessary Legal Reforms towards the Support of Human Dignity and the Fight against Human Trafficking, especially of Women and Children in Moldova”.
The speakers in this event included representatives from the Erasmus University of Netherlands and Sweden.
The audience consisted mainly of students and academics, jurists, as well as NGO representatives dealing with human trafficking issues.
The event covered presentations and discussions on legal frameworks for protecting the rights of women.
Mr. O. Kaisaris, EPLO / EPLO Associate Researcher/ Project Manager, represented the EPLO in the aforementioned seminar.
