The EPLO, in collaboration with its local partner, Universidad Externado de Bogota, organized the third three-day seminar on “Freedom of Expression and Rule of Law”, within the framework of the Project “ALFA II DIKIA II – Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights of the Citizens”.
The speakers in this event included afcademics from Universidad Externado, the DIKIA Network Universities, as well as prominent Colombian Mass Media representatives.
The audience consisted mainly of academics and law students of Universidad Externado.
