O EPLO διοργάνωσε για μια ακόμη χρονιά την Ετήσια Συνάντηση της Ευρωπαϊκής Ομάδας Δημοσίου Δικαίου (EGPL) με θέμα PUBLIC LAW: 30 YEARS LATER / DROIT PUBLIC: 30 ANS PLUS TARD που διεξήχθη στις εγκαταστάσεις του Ευρωπαϊκού Οργανισμού Δημοσίου Δικαίου στα Λεγραινά, 13-15 Σεπτεμβρίου 2019. Η ετήσια Συνάντηση της Ευρωπαϊκής Ομάδας Δημοσίου Δικαίου η οποία λειτουργεί ως το Επιστημονικό Συμβούλιο του EPLΟ αποτελείται από ακαδημαϊκούς του δημοσίου δικαίου, δικαστές ανωτάτων δικαστηρίων και νομικούς από όλο τον κόσμο.
