The EPLO organized two fifteen-day youth summer camps, within the framework of the Project “KIKONES II - Training of Balkan and Black Sea States’ Representatives on the Rule of Law and Democracy”.
The speakers and trainers in this event included researchers from the European Public Law Center and academics for the Democritus University of Thrace, Komotini.
The audience consisted mainly of graduate and post-graduate students from the Balkan and Black Sea States.

Mr. E. Kalamaras, Mr. O. Kaisaris and Mr. V. Anastasopoulos, Associate Researchers/ Project Managers, represented the EPLO in the aforementioned summer camps.
