PROJECT TITLE: Support to Prosecutor's Offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina

OVERALL OBJECTIVE: To implementation of the prosecutorial reform process for the establishment of an efficient prosecutorial system capable of upholding the Rule of Law by providing technical assistance to build capacities and training to enhance the skills within the Prosecutor's Offices at State and Entity Level. The project also aimed at the supply of the Prosecutors’ Offices of sufficient IT equipment to support case management, human resources management and financial management.
ACTIVITIES:
Project activities included:
- Definition of technical and material requirements of the Prosecution Information System (PIS);
- Development of methodologies and templates for human resources management, financial management and accounting, case preparation and presentation, public relation and communications;
- Initial training activities aimed at introducing to the forthcoming judicial and prosecutorial reforms and familiarize all target groups on the overall content and aim of Project interventions related to their working environment;
- Specific training on methodologies for human resources management, financial management and case preparation and presentation, as well as on the use of the templates.
